GLASS-MAL aktualnosci

Currently, the GROUP is in the process of carrying out following projects:

1. Szembeka Shopping Center Warsaw

Design, fabrication and installation of glass canopies made of clear ESG PVB 88.2 glass with an area of 812m2, patch fitted using the SPINIG system, with the use of fittings glued to the steel structure weighing about 78 ton.

2. EKO-VIT Łódź

Design, fabrication and installation of post and beam facade and TWIN FACE curtain wall made of tempered and laminated glass in graphite color, flat and curved with the area of 436m2, patch fitted in the SPINIG system to the steel supporting structure with technical platforms made of galvanized carbon steel, powder coated in graphite

3. Gliwice PKP Station

For GW ALDESA Polska – design, fabrication and installation of three skylights over the platforms made of clear ESG PVB 66.2 glass of the total area of 4070m2, fitted in a system of aluminum overlay profiles on blast cleaned and powder coated, steel rafter bearings.

4. ŁÓDŹ FABRYCZNA PKP STATION

For the TORPOL-ASTALDI consortium – design, fabrication and installation of 10 panoramic elevator shafts. Steel supporting structures with a total weight of 46.7 ton. Covering a total area of 986.8m2 with an ESG PVB 88.4 structured glass, patch fitted in the SPINIG system.

5. National Forum of Music Wrocław

Design, fabrication and installation of 4 pieces of GLASS BOX. The glass supporting structure fitted with AISI 316L grade ground stainless steel fittings. Cover made of clear ESG PVB... glass patch fitted in the SPINIG system using joint fittings

6. Rzeszów-Jasionka Exhibition Center

Design, fabrication and installation of 2 pieces of glass stairs and glass railings to the observation deck and all-glass balustrades made of curved glass and glass canopies over the entrances. All glass architectural elements fitted in the SPINIG system

7. Winter garden

We are making a winter garden in the patch fitting technology for a private investor. Joint fittings glued in the SPINIG system. Insulated two-chamber glass units with solar control coating and low-emission coating. Dimensions of the largest glass pane 2.50m x 3.75m, weight 586kg.

8. ZOO Kraków pingwinarium

Technical design, fabrication and installation of a glass wall of the pool with a height of 1.20m and length of 18.20m for penguins. OPTI WHITE curved tempered and laminated, three-layer glass. Glass patch fitted using joint fittings in the SPINIG system.
